We gladly accept returns on any full-price garment that is unworn, unwashed, and still fitted with all original labels and security tags. Items must be dispatched back to us within 28 days of receipt.

While we do not cover return shipping costs, we recommend using your local postal service with a tracked and signed-for option to ensure your item arrives safely.

Detailed return instructions are enclosed with your delivery. If you have misplaced your sheet, simply email returns@empowerhercouture.com and our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 2–3 business days of us receiving your item, though your bank may take up to 10 business days to process the transaction. Sale items are refunded via store credit in the form of a digital gift card.

We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit during the return process.
